Causatum

by Sharamain Sadler

unhappy girlYour words swallow my breath creates a feeling that becomes knotted on the inside of my neck flushing the blood away until it’s lost leaving my fingertips cold and my knees and feet unable to hold the weight you once carried your absence abuses the control while I’m leashed in that place around stability tense and break releasing all unknown down the fractures of my spine and into my belly to settle and ache.
