lettersOne of the first things you discover when you put an inspirational website online, is that a lot of people will write to you. Many of the letters I receive are complimentary, praising the website and its content. Some are more specific, mentioning a section of the site or a poem the writer especially likes. Still others are intensely raw and personal from people who feel comfortable enough to confide and share their private thoughts and feelings. Mail is always welcome. I feel fortunate that there are so many interesting individuals who not only visit Inspiration for the Spirit, but also take the time to write.

Peace and Love always,
Patricia

Thank you for visiting me and leaving the kind message. I am glad that you found my site, because it has given me the opportunity to visit yours in return. It is beautiful and brings a sense of peace to just be here. I especially enjoyed reading Senses Affected and Miracle Man. The graphics and music compliment the contents of your pages perfectly. Thank you so much for sharing. Peace and love.

You unknowingly touched me in a profound way. I wanted to say thank you, and I find this poem really isn’t all that great, but it’s all I could come up with.

    A Mere Thank You
You’ve put a smile on this face again
Helped to ease all of the tears and pain
Lifted my spirits and brightened my day
So I wanted to take the time just to say thanks
Thank you for helping me to get through
I’m sure this is coming as a shock to you
You probably weren’t even really aware
That you helped me to get from here to there
Just a simple act of kindness on your part
Went such a long way and touched my heart
I’m thankful there are hearts like yours around
Because if it weren’t for you I would still be down
My skies are once again turning to blue
And the only person I can thank for that is you
I just thought you should know what you’ve done
Thank you once again for bringing back my sun.

Lasca, Never doubt the “greatness” of this poem . . . or the strength you’ve found within yourself. I’m so pleased the sun is shining again for you. Days won’t always be bright—we all manage to somehow slip and fall back. But hope does spring eternal when we have someone to fall back on. It’s a warm and wonderful poem, and it has touched my heart deeply.
