Inspiration for the Spirit

A lovely place to wander for poetry and inspiration to soothe the soul

lettersOne of the first things you discover when you put an inspirational website online, is that a lot of people will write to you. Many of the letters I receive are complimentary, praising the website and its content. Some are more specific, mentioning a section of the site or a poem the writer especially likes. Still others are intensely raw and personal from people who feel comfortable enough to confide and share their private thoughts and feelings. Mail is always welcome. I feel fortunate that there are so many interesting individuals who not only visit Inspiration for the Spirit, but also take the time to write.

Peace and Love always,
Patricia

I absolutely fell in love with your web site and found your about me page to be so inspiring that after we get moved I am going to redo mine! Your history is so similar to mine that I could not believe it. I spent quite some time visiting and will have to make a return visit as there are so many wonderful things to explore! You’ve done a really wonderful job, just wonderful!

Hi Lizzie, I’m pleased to hear that my history struck a chord, and you find my website to be an inspiration for your own pages. Your kind comments could not have come at a better time. I’ve been feeling restless lately. The ‘re-designing’ of my site seems like an endless chore and is so slow-going, I sometimes wonder if it’s even worth the effort. Then I get a letter like yours, and my spirit is lifted and renewed. So, our histories are alike, huh? My first thought is…o, so sorry to hear it…then again…if your history is like mine, you must have risen above some baaaad circumstances and are doing just fine. Good for you!

Your site is very lovely and soothing to the soul. I enjoy browsing around there and always leave with a feeling of tranquility and inspiration. I am not much of a chatter or poster, but I want to thank you for sharing such beauty and peace with us.

    Hi Patricia.
Your site is beautiful. I could stay there for hours, there is so much to read and to see. You did a great job. I’ll certainly be back to read more. Wishing you good night (it’s almost midnight here ;-))

    Hi Patricia,

You should be very proud to have made such a wonderful site for yourself and everyone else to see and enjoy.

Your design, text and graphics are very beautifully coordinated; a real picture. Your introduction is grand, although short, it was very clear and explanatory.

We read many of your magnificent poems. We’ll have to say that it is very hard to stop reading them. We’ve always been envious of people who can write eloquently and as beautifully as you. You are a very gifted and very prolific poetess. Your poems are true works of art; our talent in that department is nil.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Your pages are lovely, a real breath of fresh air.

Hoping you had a lovely and restful Christmas. Wishing you and your family a Happy New Year, with health, fortune, and luck all the year through, and God bless you.

You made a most awesome and wonderful website. we really enjoyed our selves visiting your delightful pages. Congratulations you have a very entertaining and beautiful site. Thank you so much for sharing it ;-).

We have a family site and we just updated our Christmas pages and we would like to share them with you. We will leave you a link (banner) under the text, and if you so choose you can go directly there. Of course it would be grand if you could also visit our web site. If you find the time to visit our site, would you please jot down in our guest book what you think of our pages.

Thank you for the opportunity of visiting your excellent site.

May God bless you and all your family.

    Take care,
    Elsa and Adrian
